This is Home.
I feel like ‘Home’ is a second part of the same book, that the start was in ‘Esja’, a musical prelude to a real plot. I feel Home is a story with an ending, so the next book can tell a totally different one. I am constantly looking for new ways of expression. I am curious where ‘Home’ will lead me and my music.
One can be lost but can find home in his inner part – which can mean many things – soul, imagination, mind, intuition, passion. I strongly believe that when being in uncertain times and living an unstable life we can still reach peace with ourselves and be able to find ‘home’ anywhere’. This is what I would like to express with my music – one can travel the whole world but not see anything. It is not where we are going but how much we are able to see and hear things happening around us
Home will be available on streaming platforms and for digital download on May 29th, plus on CD and vinyl formats from July 3rd. Pre-order your copy here.

‘Home’ is the third single and title track to be taken from my new album. Home is one of the oldest compositions on the album, with first sketches of the song appearing already in 2017.
I was performing this song a lot and knew that it should be one of the key songs for the upcoming album. The song is about building a new home, in a symbolic meaning, after a devastating event. It’s a composition full of light and hope for new things to come. The song is also a call to a beloved one to come back, but the return is unfortunately not possible.

On the 23rd of February 2020 we visited special location in the south-east of Iceland to shoot film for my song ‘F Major’. It was written and directed by the director Neels Castillon, who I met one year ago in Paris. He saw a rhythmic flow in my music and decided to invite to the project 3 amazing dancers: Mellina Boubetra, Janina Sarantsina and Fanny Sage, and recorded the video in a mastershot, without any cuts.
Listening to Hania’s music over and over, I began to dream of a single sequence shot that would follow her music floating in the wind of an unreal Icelandic landscape. I asked each dancer to give a personal interpretation of Hania’s song. We were very lucky to succeed in this insane artistic performance despite the great cold (minus 7 celsius), it was such a moment of truth. – Neels Castillon.

I am excited to share with you the video for my song ‘Leaving’. I was extremely happy to work again with a great team from Cracow: Mateuz Miszczyński & Jakub Stoszek, who were also responsible for ‘Glass’. This time we visited a countryside location in Athens, which was deserted due to the winter season. This very place and time turned out to be the ideal background for music and especially for ‘Leaving’.
